Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated QA Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. As a QA Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in testing and identifying bugs in campaign setup, creative build and campaign delivery within the Jivox IQ platform, and ensuring product quality. This internship will provide you with exposure to real-world QA practices, tools, and methodologies. We’re seeking a Technical Writing Intern who is skilled in explaining cutting edge technology in easy-to-understand language. You will be crafting articles and other web-based materials that help self-service users of the Jivox products learn to use the platform and achieve their marketing and efficiency objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Design and build help center and training material and other content, including interactive help and in-product support
Own the quality of documentation and ease of understanding of the content
Staying up to date on emerging content and delivery models. Interested in leveraging AI to create a more efficient and effective content generation process
Ensuring that all deliverables adhere to our world class standards

Requirements:

Ability to research, write and create content on various technical topics coupled with clarity of audience
Adept at adding / editing images, illustrations, Videos, Audio, to increase users’ understanding of the content
Comfortable working with Word documents, PowerPoint presentations and Excel sheets
Excellent and effective communication and collaborative skills
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing workloads
Ability to collaborate across multiple functions
Must possess a degree in Mass communication/Visual communications or in English Literature as a major

Nice to have:

CSS, HTML5, and JavaScript skills are a big plus
Experience working in B2B SaaS companies is a plus
