Day rate is negotiable. Please find the description below: We are seeking an experienced Technical Transition Coordinator to support a major managed services transition covering cloud, infrastructure, networks, colocation, and monitoring environments. This is a great opportunity to join an infrastructure transformation programme within a complex environment. Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end transition activities and technical handovers Manage communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders Oversee knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness Track risks, issues, and service continuity throughout the transition Support cutover, testing, go-live, and early-life support activities Key Requirements Minimum 15 years of professional IT experience 5+ years' experience within IT infrastructure environments Servers, Networks and Cloud platforms 5+ years working with outsourcing partners Proven experience managing transitions between service providers Strong experience coordinating Technical documentation, Runbooks & SOPs and Asset & configuration management Experience managing complex workstreams using structured plans and tracking tools Fluent in Dutch or French, plus English (minimum B2) Available to start no later than 29/06/2026 If you are interested please send me your CV and I will contact you as soon as possible with further details.
