We are seeking a Technical Systems Trainer to support users through effective system onboarding, training, and ongoing technical guidance. This role focuses on enabling users to confidently and efficiently use business systems through a combination of in‑person training, virtual sessions, and structured support.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver onboarding and system training for new users, including on‑site and virtual sessions
Configure systems, support data migration, and assist with initial hardware setup as needed
Provide ongoing training and post‑implementation support to ensure best‑practice system usage
Manage and support help desk ticket workflows in coordination with a distributed support team
Develop and execute training strategies to improve system adoption and user proficiency
Create and maintain training materials, including written documentation and video content
Conduct regular on‑site visits and remote support sessions as required
Draft and distribute system‑related communications to users
Support product ownership activities by gathering requirements and identifying enhancement opportunities
Requirements:
Strong ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences
Proven training and facilitation skills in both classroom and virtual environments
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong customer‑service mindset
Experience supporting business systems such as ERP platforms, POS systems, field service tools, payment platforms, order management, warehouse management, or eCommerce systems
Understanding of small business operations, including accounting, inventory, retail, and field service workflows
Familiarity with accounting concepts such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, general ledger, and payroll
Nice to have:
Experience in franchise or multi‑location environments
