Become a pivotal member of our dynamic Knowledge, Education, and Support team as a Technical trainer. Your primary focus will be delivering technical training for our growing customer and partner base. Collaborate seamlessly across multifunctional teams, including customer success, partner relations, sales, and engineering, to tailor Tines resources and content. Take charge of developing, delivering, and maintaining training programs, playing a crucial role in elevating the skills of our Customer base. Your impact will extend globally, supporting the delivery of world-class customer services as we expand our reach.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver in-person and remote engaging technical training sessions by customizing Tines courseware
  • Manage content repositories for seamless access to training materials
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address gaps in technical training resources
  • Enhance training effectiveness through deep product and industry knowledge
  • Analyze data for continuous improvement in onboarding and customer journey training
  • Scale training programs using diverse approaches and technologies
  • Contribute to developing technical training resources and provide valuable feedback
  • Proactively identify opportunities for product improvement and contribute to bug resolution
  • Evaluate customer needs to promote Tines products and services effectively
  • Track the effectiveness of training through KPIs
  • Meet the set customer satisfaction scores for training delivered
  • Enable partners and colleagues to train Tines users

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role
  • Proven track record in delivering impactful training sessions
  • Minimum of 3 years creating courseware, curriculum, or customer onboarding programs
  • Exceptional ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Examples of the development of training programs
  • Robust organizational skills with proficiency in administrative aspects of training coordination
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, training delivery, and operational efficiency
  • Strong passion for customer support with a dedicated commitment to customer success
  • Proven ability to rapidly learn and understand technical products
  • Critical understanding of effectively leveraging Tines for valuable outcomes
  • Ability to learn and effectively use Tines for daily productivity and workflow optimization
  • Experience with API technology and automation tools is a must
  • Familiarity with SaaS software
  • Strong project management skills
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is beneficial
