Requirements:
7+ years of experience in technical program management leading large enterprise initiatives
Recent hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud migration programs
Proven experience managing migration from Avaya to Genesys Cloud at enterprise scale
Strong background in telephony infrastructure, SIP, SBCs, contact center technologies, and cloud‑based communication platforms
Expertise in disaster recovery, business continuity planning, failover testing, and risk mitigation
Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑workstream programs with complex dependencies
