We're looking for Talent Advisors to become a key part of our international team, specifically dedicated to supporting a long-standing global IT infrastructure company in France. This is a unique opportunity to be a Technical Talent Advisor, providing solutions to our client globally. In this role, you will be more than just a recruiter; you will be a strategic partner, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both the client and candidates. You will represent the firm's values and culture with expertise and professionalism, guiding candidates through a transparent and well-structured hiring process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including proactive sourcing
  • Conduct in-depth market mapping and talent pipelining for future projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Efficiently manage requisitions while aligning with stakeholder expectations
  • Validate shortlisted candidates to ensure top talent acquisition
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement effective sourcing strategies for white-collar professionals

Requirements:

  • A minimum 3 years of experience in end to end IT recruitment is required
  • Good sourcing skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • A strong desire to learn and grow
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Fluent French and English
