We are seeking an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist with a deep understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and IT technologies. This role involves sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top-tier candidates specializing in programming frameworks, hosting technologies, and IT infrastructure.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, interview, and manage the hiring process for talented professionals in critical technical roles such as Full Stack, Frontend, Backend, and DevOps
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations for technical positions
Source, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for positions requiring expertise in: Programming Languages: JavaScript, Python, Go, and others. Front-End Frameworks: Next.js, React.js, and Angular. Back-End Frameworks: Node.js, Nest.js, Express.js, and Golang. Hosting Technologies: OpenLiteSpeed, NGINX, Apache, and Docker environments. IT Infrastructure: Networking, Linux operating systems, and cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Assess candidates’ technical knowledge through interviews and problem-solving exercises tailored to specific domains
Build a robust pipeline of highly skilled technical talent using modern tools and strategies
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks effectively to find and engage candidates
Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Collaborate with team leads to provide market insights and recommendations on hiring strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role
Strong technical understanding of programming frameworks and languages: Front-end: Next.js, React.js, Angular. Back-end: Node.js, Nest.js, Golang, Express.js. Programming: JavaScript, Python, Go
Familiarity with hosting technologies and IT infrastructure, including Linux systems, NGINX, Apache, and cloud platforms
Excellent ability to assess technical competencies through structured interviews
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment platforms

Hands-on coding or technical background in IT-related fields
Experience in hiring for hosting environments and DevOps roles
