Job Responsibility:
Managing full-cycle recruiting & hiring on an international basis across Europe and North America
Predominantly support our Technology function
Support technical and scientific hires across our full business
Full responsibility for the end-to-end hiring journey including hiring manager partnerships, candidate sourcing & engagement and recruiting administration
Supporting headcount in 28 countries
Drive positive impact including direct sourcing channels, improving candidate engagement and decreasing time to hire
Support the continuous improvement and sophistication of our TA agenda including Candidate Experience, ED&I, EVP & Employer Brand
Requirements:
3-6 years experience in an internal Talent Acquisition function
Previous successful experience recruiting for Technology positions
Industry experience within international SaaS / Software organisations, or Healthcare / Life Science environments
End-to-end experience owning hires across Technology functions
Experience of directly sourcing for positions requiring exposure to Front-End, Back-End & Full-Stack Technologies / Frameworks
Experience with databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, and DuckDB
