Join the SOPHiA GENETICS Talent Acquisition Team as our new Technical Talent Acquisition Partner and enable us to make a positive impact on the outcomes for cancer and rare disease patients worldwide. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule allowing 2 days per week home working, collaborating closely with our colleagues in our Bidart corporate office. We welcome candidates with an active desire to relocate to the Nouvelle-Aquitaine or Pays-Basque region.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing full-cycle recruiting & hiring on an international basis across Europe and North America
  • Predominantly support our Technology function
  • Support technical and scientific hires across our full business
  • Full responsibility for the end-to-end hiring journey including hiring manager partnerships, candidate sourcing & engagement and recruiting administration
  • Supporting headcount in 28 countries
  • Drive positive impact including direct sourcing channels, improving candidate engagement and decreasing time to hire
  • Support the continuous improvement and sophistication of our TA agenda including Candidate Experience, ED&I, EVP & Employer Brand

Requirements

  • 3-6 years experience in an internal Talent Acquisition function
  • Previous successful experience recruiting for Technology positions
  • Industry experience within international SaaS / Software organisations, or Healthcare / Life Science environments
  • End-to-end experience owning hires across Technology functions
  • Experience of directly sourcing for positions requiring exposure to Front-End, Back-End & Full-Stack Technologies / Frameworks
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, and DuckDB
  • Experience with Linux environments
  • Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, JetBrains AI, etc.)
  • Experience with Cloud-native environments e.g Azure, including containerized workloads (AKS or Kubernetes)
  • Full fluency in English

  • Experience with international hiring
  • A passion to see talent acquisition as a strategic and value-add function
  • Experience exclusively from an external/agency environment with exposure to international Software/Technology hiring
