Job Responsibility
Provide level 2 support, ensuring compliance with customer requirements (SLA/service level) regarding request handling, logging, resolution, and administration of operational technology platforms
Propose technical solutions, assess and test applications and systems developed by our development teams or external IT suppliers
Research new solutions, critically analyze processes, and suggest improvements
Offer support for mobile applications
Requirements
Experience in customer support routines
Knowledge of relational database modeling (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, among others), and data manipulation via ETL
