RemoteStar is looking to hire an Technical System / Support Analyst (SaaS, SQL) on behalf of our client. Location: Hybrid working with office in Athens. Job Responsibility

  • Provide level 2 support, ensuring compliance with customer requirements (SLA/service level) regarding request handling, logging, resolution, and administration of operational technology platforms
  • Propose technical solutions, assess and test applications and systems developed by our development teams or external IT suppliers
  • Research new solutions, critically analyze processes, and suggest improvements
  • Offer support for mobile applications

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support routines
  • Knowledge of relational database modeling (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, among others), and data manipulation via ETL
  • A degree in information technology-related fields
  • Fluent in both English and Greek languages

Nice to have

Additional languages such as German or French
