Technical System Analyst - Middleware and SPLUNK

Requirements:

  • Support and troubleshoot MQ, JBOSS, WAS, and related middleware issues
  • Perform log analysis and monitoring using SPLUNK
  • Handle incidents, problems, and changes in line with ITIL processes
  • Execute deployments and coordinate release management activities
  • Troubleshoot UNIX Linux OS issues and perform basic shell scripting
  • Use SQL for query execution, debugging, and basic DB support
  • Work in 24x7 on call shift model as required
  • Maintain technical documentation and SOPs
  • MQ, JBOSS, WebSphere Application Servers PLUNK (search, dashboards, alerts)
  • UNIX Linux administration shell scripting SQL (Oracle SQL Server Sybase)Release management deployment coordination
  • Basic network integration troubleshooting
  • Preferred ITIL certification
  • Experience in production support environments (BFSI preferred)
  • Exposure to CI/CD or automation tools
