Job Description

Slough Borough Council is seeking an experienced Technical Surveyor to join its Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) and Home Improvement Service. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in delivering high-quality adaptations that enable residents to live safely and independently in their own homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying properties, preparing specifications and drawings, managing contractors through to completion, and ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Working closely with colleagues in adult social care, and occupational therapy, you will contribute to improving outcomes for some of the borough’s most vulnerable residents while helping to manage increasing service demand effectively.

Requirements
