Job Description

Scottish Power Energy Networks are looking for a Technical Support assistant to join their busy team based in Blantyre, on a 12 month contract basis.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead weekly service partner meetings
  • Monitor regulatory SLAs for Project
  • Create, build, and maintain projects and work orders in SAP PM and SAP PPM in line with business rules and data standards
  • Act as a primary interface for customers and contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Track project progress and flag inconsistencies or issues proactively
  • Provide administrative support to the LV service team
  • Support cross-team collaboration and communication efforts

Requirements

  • Ability to organise and prioritise a high volume workload in a fast paced environment
  • Strong customer service experience with excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Strong decision making skills, with confidence to act independently where appropriate
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with corporate systems, ideally SAP PM and/or SAP PPM
  • Excellent data handling, validation, and reporting skills
  • Comfortable working with technical information
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality and service

Nice to have

  • Technical understanding of electrical networks
  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or other network management and customer systems
