Job Responsibility:
Provide real-time technical support to field technicians during on-site interventions (hardware, firmware, or any other topic network-related)
Diagnose and guide troubleshooting steps remotely via system monitoring tools and communication platforms
Escalate complex issues to the supplier and following up
Monitor charger health and performance remotely, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively
Create and maintain clear, standardized service and troubleshooting guides
Document intervention procedures, best practices, and common fault patterns
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to update documentation following firmware or hardware changes
Ensure that internal and external documentation (manuals, FAQs, training material) remains accurate and up to date
Act as a central point between field teams and product/engineering
Record and report recurring issues to help improve system reliability and training materials
Contribute to the development of internal troubleshooting tools and databases
Requirements:
Technical background in electrical, electronic, or IT systems (degree or equivalent experience)
Experience in remote technical support and the EV charging industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese
Ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams
Familiarity with OCPP, network diagnostics, and field operations tools
Based in Porto
