At SURVISION, we design, manufacture and commercialize License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras and associated cloud-based solutions. Our technology is used internationally by public and private operators who rely on high-performance, connected systems. We are currently looking for a Technical Support Technician to join our Support Team at our headquarters in Nanterre (France). This role combines client interaction, technical troubleshooting, and operational monitoring in a highly specialized technological environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide technical support to international clients
  • Operate within our Control Room, where connected LPR cameras are monitored, validated and supervised
  • Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to network connectivity, system configuration and hardware setup
  • Assist customers with installation, configuration and performance optimization
  • Escalate and collaborate internally with R&D and technical teams when necessary

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working with TCP/IP environments and networking fundamentals
  • Solid general knowledge of IT tools and systems (OS, configuration, troubleshooting)
  • Understands basic hardware concepts
  • Rigorous, analytical and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable working in an on-site, team-based operational environment
  • Fluent French and English (spoken and written)
