Job Description

As a Data Center Technician supporting Power Ups, you will serve as a primary resolver for the support team. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of all supported power-up equipment and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware infrastructure issues independently. You will utilize system administration and scripting skills to perform remote administration tasks and automate processes to improve operational efficiency.
