Talent team at Qualient is recruiting for a Technical Specialist with a can-do attitude and initiative, who will provide professional customer service to all of our valued clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide superior technical assistance to end-users by supporting all IT deployed software and hardware with the ability to show confidence, patience and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations
  • Provide professional customer service to all of our valued clients

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a 2nd/3rd line support function
  • Application support
  • Bespoke Linux systems
  • Will be familiar with DevOps practises
