Talent team at Qualient is recruiting for a Technical Specialist with a can-do attitude and initiative, who will provide professional customer service to all of our valued clients.

Job Responsibility:

Provide superior technical assistance to end-users by supporting all IT deployed software and hardware with the ability to show confidence, patience and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations
Provide professional customer service to all of our valued clients

Requirements:

Experience working within a 2nd/3rd line support function
Application support
Bespoke Linux systems
Will be familiar with DevOps practises
