Job Description:

As our Technical Support Specialist, you will ensure business continuity by proactively solving IT issues and implementing new digital solutions. You will act as local IT support, handle incident management, and lead technical projects. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and an understanding of IKEA's commercial agenda.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively lead or support project implementation/deployment efforts about implementation of new Digital products, lifecycle refresh of hardware solutions and all technical implementation work
Be responsible for incident management, acting on reported issues
Take necessary decisions and actions to solve issues, as well as prioritize issues according to business needs, and know when and how to escalate an issue in the support chain

Requirements:

A high level of proactivity, ability to see what’s coming and act upon it
Strong stakeholder management skills, to actively collaborate with different parts of the business
Capacity to take the lead when needed and prioritize tasks
Knowledge and understanding of our business and commercial agenda
A strong problem-solving mindset
Team spirit yet with a strong autonomy
Strong interest and preferably also skills in technology and hardware installations
