Job Responsibility:
Provide technical support in relevant systems for various broadcasts, film and meetings
Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions and functioning
Respond to project inquiries and assist in resolving challenges within the area of responsibility
Responsible for the operative delivery of the product, securing good functioning and maintenance
Analyse, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems
Follow up delivery assignments according to set frames and keep the team informed
Support the workflow for the full production
Work proactively to develop the product and actively work with constant improvements
Requirements:
Experience from technical support at broadcast and digital meetings
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of IKEA Brand, culture and values
Ability to create structure, plan and prioritize assignments with high quality
Ability to work well under stressful situations – a problem solver
Ability to work independently and proactive
Ability to give high quality and consistent service to the deliveries daily
Ability to create an environment where the IKEA fundamental values characterize the everyday life
Motivated by working towards strict deadlines with focus on accuracy
Passionate about being part of a team and sharing knowledge/information
Able to independently work in a high pace with focus on responsibility
Motivated by a daily working environment characterized by problem solving, creative thinking and the customer in focus
Having a service minded approach and a genuine interest in the field of technology
Good knowledge in MS Office and administrative computer skills
Knowledge about our customers and their business
Extensive knowledge about broadcast set-up and support of digital meetings
