We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with strong Microsoft 365 expertise to assist with a short-term client project focused on helping new users get the most out of Microsoft 365 and Copilot. This role is ideal for someone who is highly comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools and enjoys helping others learn how to use technology more effectively. You will work directly with a small group of external users, providing hands-on guidance and “white glove” support as they deepen their knowledge of tools they are already using.
Job Responsibility:
Provide technical guidance and support to approximately 12 users currently using Microsoft 365 tools
Lead live virtual sessions demonstrating best practices and advanced usage
Help users better leverage tools such as Microsoft Copilot, OneDrive, SharePoint, Other Microsoft 365 applications
Walk users through Copilot capabilities, including agent creation and connecting agents to SharePoint-based data
Develop and outline a simple training curriculum or learning plan
Schedule follow-up sessions and provide ongoing support as needed
Deliver sessions via Microsoft Teams, including screen sharing and live demonstrations
Assist with any light prep work to ensure sessions are organized and effective
Requirements:
8+ months of hands-on experience using Microsoft 365 and Copilot
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
Experience explaining or demonstrating technology to others
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable leading video-based sessions and engaging with users live
Ability to create simple, practical learning guidance for end users
Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools within Microsoft 365
Strong ability to explain technical concepts and demonstrate technology usage to non-technical users
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly in virtual settings
Comfortable leading live video-based sessions using Microsoft Teams
Ability to create simple, effective learning materials for end users
Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques and managing service desk tickets
