Job Responsibility:
Deliver face-to-face support for hardware and software issues
Perform installation, moves, and changes for devices and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents that cannot be handled remotely
Assist with hardware repairs and replacements
Support deployment and refresh activities for workplace devices
Requirements:
Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and common software
