As a Technical Support Specialist, you ensure the smooth operation and business continuity of digital products and IT services across the Store in Lyssach. You combine hands-on support with proactive maintenance and stakeholder collaboration.
Job Responsibility
Ensure availability of digital products and platforms
Manage IT asset lifecycle (inventory, procurement, deployment)
Provide 2nd-level support for hardware and software
Support rollouts, upgrades, and new site setups
Perform monitoring and preventive maintenance
Resolve and prioritize incidents, escalate when needed
Support projects and global deployments
Train on-site staff and new hires
Requirements
Experience in IT support, technical services, or high passion within this Field
Solid understanding of hardware, software, and IT infrastructure
Familiarity with IT service management, IKEA processes and tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Basic understanding of project and change management
Interest in digital innovation and emerging technologies
Fluent in German and good understanding in English
