Technical Support Specialist

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users
• Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring issues
• Shipping & inventory management
• Quality control, product testing, and product integrations
• Preparing packages for shipment and providing customer support
• QA-ing software systems
• Handling aspects of new product integrations

• Proven experience in technical support or help desk role
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of software troubleshooting and IT support principles would be beneficial
• Possess excellent phone and email etiquette
• Be a team player that is excited to take on new roles
• Be detail oriented & have a high level of accountability
• Be comfortable diagnosing product issues
• Be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
