Our client is seeking a Technical Support Officer to provide essential first and second-level ICT support across our hospital sites. In this role, you will be a key part of the Endpoint Management Team, ensuring their clinical staff have the reliable technology they need to care for our community.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver frontline support for Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 10/11, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while meeting SLA targets
Maintain critical clinical equipment, including nurse call systems and Capsa Carts
Create knowledge base articles to empower staff and streamline support
Work with project teams, vendors, and other DTS units to implement technical solution
Requirements:
A relevant tertiary qualification or an equivalent mix of education and experience
Proven background in ICT Desktop or Service Desk environments with strong troubleshooting skills
Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clinical staff
A valid driver's license and the ability to participate in a rotational on-call roster
