Join Our Engineering Team as a Technical Support Officer (TSO). We are recruiting for both a full-time (1.0 FTE) and a part-time (0.5 FTE) Technical Support Officer to support our thriving Engineering department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in creating an outstanding learning environment for our talented and ambitious learners. As a Technical Support Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining engineering equipment, ordering and managing supplies, ensuring workshops and learning spaces are safe, organised and well-presented, and providing essential day-to-day technical support across the department. Working as part of a dedicated, high-performing team, you will help ensure learners have access to the resources, facilities and support they need to succeed. We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on learners' experiences and future opportunities.
