Job Description

As a Part-Time Intern in our Technical Support Sales Operation team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless resolution of company and client issues related to post-working processes and warranty claims. Your contributions will help maintain the quality and reliability of our services, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Understand technical support and customer service processes, internal and external customer requirements, compliance and complaint handling, and data mining techniques
  • Provide assistance in the handling of warranty claims, both during and after the warranty period, to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on work operations to help drive improvements and streamline business strategies

Requirements

  • Studying Mechanical, Electric or Electronic engineering or courses related to customer service processes
  • Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must have a good understanding to MS-Word and Excel
  • Works effectively with little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new projects or assignments
  • Effective communications skills – both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively interact and maintain professionalism with customers at all levels via phone and email
  • Strong logic and analytical skills. Strong editing, reading comprehension, and conceptualization skills
  • Must be advanced Portuguese speaker

Nice to have

  • Training experiences a plus
  • Strong presentation skills and experience is a plus
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers
  • Advanced English and intermediate Spanish is a plus
