Job Responsibility:
Provide technical support to the service network and service technicians in the field
Manage and control warranty claims
Assist the service network in identifying spare parts and optimizing stock
Conduct technical training sessions for service center technicians
Periodically visit service centers to check and improve quality levels based on defined performance indicators and required standards
Report technical and quality issues to headquarters
Manage local spare parts replenishment and inventory
Collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience in industrial environment
Strong technical skills
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Excellent relationship management and dynamic personality
Team player in a small team environment
Degree in engineering or a related field
Very good command of the Greek and English language
