Technical Support Engineer

• Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point for end-user support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
• provide face-to-face and remote support for hybrid employees, ensuring consistent connectivity and system functionality
• support Windows and Linux developer build machines, ensuring connectivity and facilitating the build process
• perform basic network troubleshooting (wired and Wi-Fi connectivity, DUO access, corporate network connections)
• provide day-to-day application support for SaaS platforms and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian suite)
• work closely with flex software developers and satellite staff to resolve technical challenges efficiently
• collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support ongoing and upcoming security and tooling initiatives.

• Proven Tier 2 support experience in a mixed Windows environment (Linux familiarity a plus)
• strong troubleshooting background in hardware, software, and basic networking
• experience supporting Wi-Fi, wired network connectivity, and access management tools (e.g., DUO)
• familiarity with SaaS application support and modern collaboration tools (Atlassian, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft 365)
• excellent communication and customer service skills
• ability to work onsite as needed to support physical devices, developer builds, and conference systems.
