We are seeking a proactive and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure high availability, robust security, and optimal performance across our systems. You will provide expert technical support for software applications of our mithi products, and system integration, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance system functionality.
Job Responsibility:
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to Mithi products, diagnose system issues, and resolve performance bottlenecks
Automation and Process Improvement: Develop and implement automation scripts and tools for system management, monitoring, and maintenance
Incident and Ticket Triage: Monitor incoming support tickets, prioritize issues, and escalate as necessary
Ticket Documentation and Knowledge Base: Maintain accurate documentation for tickets and contribute to the internal knowledge base
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, DevOps, and IT, to support business needs
Onboarding Support: Provide guidance and mentorship to new associates
Customer Interaction and Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address technical concerns and provide solutions
Data Protection and Assurance: Adhere to data protection, confidentiality, and information security practices. Ensure customer data is handled securely and in compliance with regulations
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Maintain security best practices and adhere to industry compliance requirements
Requirements:
Trained Fresher 0-2 years of experience in Linux operating systems, server virtualization technologies
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field. (A master’s degree would be preferred)
Knowledge of automation tools and Strong scripting skills
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
Experience in managing databases like MySQL, etc.
Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Firewalls)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Nice to have:
Certifications such as RHCE, RHCSA, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or LPIC
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
