We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Technical Support Engineer to join a growing engineering team supporting enterprise networking, cloud, storage, and media technology environments. Job Responsibility
Provide technical support for enterprise networking and infrastructure environments
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues using a structured and logical methodology
Configure and support enterprise-grade networking equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls
Monitor, diagnose, and resolve system and network incidents
Manage support tickets and escalate issues when appropriate
Participate in an on-call support rotation for critical infrastructure incidents
Assist with cloud, virtualization, storage, and containerized environments
Support file transfer and video streaming technologies
Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure improvements and operational initiatives
Contribute to automation and scripting efforts to improve efficiency
Requirements
Strong Linux/Unix administration skills
Comfortable working extensively from the command line (CLI)
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and the OSI model
