Job Responsibility

Troubleshoot and Innovate: Solve complex network, hardware, and software issues for the Verkada platform
Be an Expert: Provide customers with best practices for system design and integration
Communicate with Impact: Clearly explain technical concepts to customers both verbally and in writing
Own the Problem: Take charge of customer issues from start to finish, ensuring a successful resolution
Team Up: Collaborate with our Engineering and Product teams to test new products and identify bugs
Share Knowledge: Create content for our Knowledge Base to help others
Hands-on Projects: Get involved with lab testing and various team projects

Requirements

University students seeking a Sandwich year/ Industrial Placement working towards a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related technical discipline: Networking, Telecommunications, Systems Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity
Coursework with a focus on computer networking, Linux, computer systems, Python or other coding language
Ability to communicate complex technical matters both orally and in writing
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work within a team environment
Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week.
