Botpress is looking for a Technical Support Engineer who thrives on solving problems and helping users succeed. This is not just a support role—it’s an opportunity to work directly with customers, improve our product, and shape the future of AI automation. Job Responsibility:

  • Help our customers through live chat, ticketing, and Discord, ensuring they get the most out of Botpress
  • Create educational content (videos, guides, and tutorials) to empower users
  • Assist sales and partnerships teams by creating demos, solutions, and presentations
  • Prototype and build small applications using Botpress to showcase AI automation in action
  • Collaborate with partners and integrations to develop high-value use cases
  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to share customer feedback and improve our platform

Requirements:

  • Background in STEM (or equivalent technical experience)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (French is a plus)
  • Some experience with customer support, technical support, or sales engineering
  • Comfortable writing code (Typescript is a plus)
  • Familiarity with APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL) is a plus
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, SaaS, or tech company) is a plus
