Solves technical issues across a broad range of technologies providing Cloud Services solutions for customers; end-to-end solution ownership from deployment to end-of-life; monitor, manage, and administer health, capacity, and performance of Cloud Services; architect and develop tailored solutions in hybrid environments; advise and optimize on best practices and infrastructure improvement
Job Responsibility:
Work in a dynamic Technical Assistance Center environment

Requirements:
B.E. in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science
1-3 years of experience supporting or implementing IP networks
support for Juniper’s M/T/Mx/PTX/ACX series products
excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to troubleshoot complex and impactful problems
technical support experience with Enterprise/Telecom or Cloud customers
