Job Responsibility:
Troubleshooting and maintaining sophisticated automated freezers
Diagnose issues down to component level
Working directly with customers
Deliver user training sessions
Full ownership of planning and documenting your work
Travel around 40% of your time across the Nordics (primarily Norway and Sweden)
Requirements:
A technical engineering degree or equivalent technical education
A background in the life sciences sector is ideal but by no means required. Having some background in industrial refrigeration could also be meriting
Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
A customer-focused mindset combined with entrepreneurial thinking
Ability to stay calm and deliver results under pressure
Fluent in English. Ideally fluent in Norwegian (or Swedish), but it is possible do perform the job in only English.
