We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who is eager to grow in the area of data applications and release operations. You will support daily pipelining activities, monitor integration environments, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with the Finrep team on an important part within our Rainbow project. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid foundations in SQL and Python who wants to expand their knowledge of data pipelines, release processes, and enterprise-level applications.
Job Responsibility:
Work with applications such as Teradata, PushSQL, GitHub/Git-based release tools, and log collection utilities
Support daily pipelining activities, including monitoring, checking run results, and helping resolve issues
Validate data pipelines in the Integration / Acceptance Environment (using real data) and assist in re-testing when something fails
Help analyze problems that come up during releases
Contribute to preparing hotfixes or improvements for upcoming releases
Support technical validation of the data
Participate in release cycles (we’re working in Agile, specifically SAFe)
Maintain and improve technical documentation
Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues (other engineers, functional analysts, etc.)
Requirements:
Intermediate knowledge of SQL (Teradata experience is a plus)
Some experience with Python (coursework, school project, or practical use is fine)
Interest in data pipelines, release processes, or application support
Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues with guidance
Familiarity with GitHub or other version control tools
Previous experience (even project-based) in a data or support role
Understanding of PushSQL or similar tools
Knowledge of agile ways of working
English (advanced)
Secondary education or professional training with a school-leaving exam
