This position is for L2 TAC (Technical Assistance Centre) of HPE Networking for supporting HPE/Juniper’s Campus & Data-Center products (EX, QFX & QFabric) & technologies.
Job Responsibility:
Demonstrate ownership of customer reported issues till resolution
Understand Customer’s impact, prioritize and communicate effectively between various stakeholders
Contribute to New Product/Feature readiness, Knowledge Creation, Quality/Continuous improvement initiatives and Training/Mentoring activities
Be a Team player, flexible to work on Weekends/Holidays as per the Business requirement
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and customer handling skills
Ability to logically troubleshoot complex and high impact problems
