Job Responsibility:

  • Response and Resolution: You own, investigate and solve customer technical issues. You collaborate within and across teams, leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices
  • Readiness: You lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles and, where appropriate, share your knowledge
  • You develop specific technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve customer issues, through training and readiness
  • Product/Process Improvement: You identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately to resolve, contributing to Microsoft product improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
  • OR 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Mandarin Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking
  • English Language: confident in reading, writing and speaking
  • Flexibility to support business-driven scheduling needs, including early-shift coverage
  • Solid understanding of Azure Monitor, including Metrics, Logs, Alerts, and Diagnostic Settings
  • Hands-on experience with Log Analytics and Kusto Query Language (KQL) for log analysis and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting Azure monitoring solutions such as Application Insights, Azure Monitor Alerts, and Action Groups
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for performance, availability, and reliability issues in Azure environments
  • Understanding of Azure resource architecture, including VMs, App Services, AKS, Storage, and Networking, from a monitoring perspective
  • Ability to analyze and interpret telemetry data to identify root causes and provide actionable recommendations
  • Solid understanding of network connectivity concepts for both private and public networks
  • Foundational knowledge of Windows Active Directory, security principles, and access control mechanisms
  • Experience automating operating system tasks using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role
