Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Native or Advanced Fluency in German (Mandatory)
Interest and/or previous experience in fiber optics, networks, and technical troubleshooting (valued)
Strong affinity for technology, with good IT and systems knowledge
Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
Previous experience in call center
Availability to work rotating shifts
