We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist who brings strong technical capability, solid customer service, and a willingness to learn within a fast‑moving environment. This role supports end users across multiple sites, handles a wide range of hardware and software issues, and contributes to ongoing infrastructure upgrades.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a point of contact for end‑user issues and drive them to resolution
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system problems
Partner with Senior Support Specialists when issues require deeper technical expertise
Collaborate with peers and IT leadership to understand workflows and support needs
Provide remote assistance through standard corporate tools
Maintain clear ticket documentation, steps taken, and final outcomes
Assist in creating and updating internal knowledge base content
Coordinate with team members to resolve escalations efficiently
Participate in on‑call coverage when needed
Support additional IT initiatives, deployments, and project-related tasks
Re-image and prepare laptops
Support a predominantly Windows 11 environment
Handle AD/Entra ID changes, including account updates and permission management
Provide basic support for select internal custom applications
Assist with Office 365 account administration
Replace and configure hardware as required
Requirements:
1+ years supporting Windows and iOS devices in enterprise settings
Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, O365, device management, and iOS support
Experience with SCCM, Azure AD, Active Directory, and O365 administration
Familiarity with imaging technologies and PXE boot processes
Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
Background supporting network-related changes or deployments
Ability to maintain accurate records of IT assets
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
