Job Description:

Customer Support Analyst to help existing and new customers be successful by analyzing customer pain points and working to mitigate them. Working with customers worldwide from early contact to successful deployment, gaining insight into important industries and institutions.

Job Responsibility:

Providing Technical Support to UpGuard Community and staff globally
Responsible for all technical inquiries including collaborative escalations with security committee and engineers
Updating, maintaining, and developing internal and external knowledge base documentation
Upskilling and educating community on platform usage
Manage communications on ticket escalations
Analyze, investigate, and remediate risks in community's attack surface
Advocate on behalf of community with product team

Requirements:

Desired 1 year of experience providing technical support
Bilingual in English and Spanish to business proficiency
Comprehension of working across tiered support systems
Experience with the Linux command line is essential
Identifying and verifying cyber security risks
Strong foundation in IT tools and standards: Nmap, Curl, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS, and Email Security
Critical thinking skills to investigate complex problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
Self-motivated and eager to continuously learn
Create and innovate using AI and cutting-edge technologies

Nice to have:

Experience with tools such as CRMs, Hubspot, Asana, and Notion
Understanding and implementing cybersecurity best practices, Network Security, and Risk Remediation
Balance of technical and customer-facing skills
