Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Agent to join our team and support daily operations within a fast-paced maintenance service environment. The ideal candidate will handle customer communications, manage service requests, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via calls and WhatsApp
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support and updates
  • Create, track, and update service requests using Odoo system
  • Maintain accurate records and update shared Excel sheets
  • Coordinate with the Helpdesk Manager to update daily operational plans
  • Prepare and submit service completion reports following standard templates
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Educational background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Basic knowledge of AC systems and general maintenance is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
