We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support Administrator to join our team, supporting both project-based initiatives and business-as-usual (BAU) activities. This role is also open to someone with a keen interest in building a career in financial services specifically within the AML/CDD/EDD risk review environment. Initially, the role will focus on reviewing existing client records to ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations and supporting the implementation of a new iDCRM system, this will include remediation activities.
Job Responsibility
Conduct client risk assessments and apply appropriate risk ratings
Collect, review, and assess CDD and EDD documentation
Review and update client and introducer records within internal systems
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to obtain required information
Validate Source of Funds and Source of Wealth documentation
Ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations and internal policies
Support wider team projects and operational activities as required
Requirements
Tertiary degree qualification
A background in compliance will be advantageous
Candidates currently studying towards completion of an Honours degree are encouraged to apply
A formal AML qualification obtained within the last four years is advantageous
Be detail orientated, with a high degree of accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong client communication skills (verbal and written) in relation to complex but routine matters
Strong skills are desired in all Microsoft applications
Strong organisational and time management skills
Consistently perform allocated tasks promptly within deadlines and to a high standard
Be understanding of the importance of responding promptly to customer queries and providing timely feedback

Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations and the ability to apply them in a practical, risk-based manner
Experience conducting CDD and EDD, including assessing documentation against regulatory requirements
and understanding corporate and trust structures
Ability to perform and document client risk assessments, including identifying high-risk indicators and applying appropriate mitigation
Knowledge of Source of Funds and Source of Wealth verification using independent sources
Sound judgement when assessing new business and ongoing client relationships
Ability to clearly document risk decisions, including all relevant risk and mitigating factors
Confident communication skills when engaging with clients and stakeholders, particularly regarding CDD/EDD requirements and deficiencies
Transactional monitoring client information to assess if its inline with expected activity or not
