We are hiring Technical Supervisors to manage daily technical operations, supervise consulting teams, and ensure high-quality project execution across client engagements.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise technical staff and consultants, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and workflow coordination
Review and oversee technical deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
Provide mentoring, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
Coordinate with Delivery Manager and clients regarding project status and execution
Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulatory requirements
Maintain documentation of supervision, reporting, and operational oversight
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in IT or consulting environments
Experience managing technical teams in a project-based setting
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools
