Job Description:

Step into the heart of a high-volume production engine. As a Technical Studio Specialist, you'll be the IT systems backbone that ensures our retail client's creative team of visionaries never miss a beat. You will provide "nuanced" technical and administrative support specifically tailored to a professional video and editorial studio environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Architect Seamless Workflows: Manage the re-imaging, setup, and maintenance of high-performance editorial workstations and edit bays
  • Champion Creative Tools: Provide expert, hands-on troubleshooting for essential applications including Adobe Creative Cloud, Avid, and DaVinci Resolve
  • Innovate through Migration: Play an integral role in our ongoing journey as we migrate studio infrastructure to the cloud
  • Drive Daily Success: Spearhead the resolution of general help-desk tickets, like server connection issues, password resets, and system optimizations

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume studio or post-production environment
  • Advanced knowledge of macOS/Windows and a deep understanding of media pipelines
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives under production pressure
  • Collaborative partner to both technical and creative teams
  • Experience providing IT/technical systems support for Adobe Creative Cloud, Avid, and DaVinci Resolve
