Technical Specialist

• Technical Support and Consultation: Provide expert technical guidance and support to engineering teams, project managers, and stakeholders
• Act as a subject matter expert in specific technology domains
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences
• Monitor both in-sourced and outsourced teams and activities in conjunction with contract management
• Perform ITIL-based processes including incident, problem, change, configuration management, asset Management, major incident management, and entry into service
• Contribute to annual capacity planning and budget management for managed products
• Facilitate Entry-Into-Service from Plan and Build team to the Supplier in Run Operations as part of a Multi-Function team
• Working in a team of 8 designing, implementing and maintaining the infrastructure in operational condition, E2E, in line with OLA/SLAs focusing on both Business continuity and end user satisfaction via our 3rd party supplier

• Must have or be able to obtain UK Eyes Only SC/DV Security Clearance via the UK Intelligence Community (UKIC) process
• Experience in a technical role within the aerospace, defence, or a highly regulated technology-driven industry
• Strong technical skills and experience: Specifically IT Products such as NetApp, Veeam, HPE Servers & ESXi
• ITIL accredited with workplace experience
• Experience in Contract management
• Previous experience working in a product based delivery model
