We are looking for a motivated Technical Specialist to strengthen our Systech team. You will support both on‑premise and cloud customers and play an important role in maintaining and evolving their environments. On-Call and weekend duty possible.
Job Responsibility:
Perform system patching and apply updates across customer environments
Execute upgrades in single‑user mode
Install and configure components, modules, and system extensions
Provide technical support for on‑prem and cloud setups
Diagnose and resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams
Assist in preparing and maintaining customer environments
Requirements:
Experience with Linux or Windows administration (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
Solid understanding of system maintenance tasks (patching, updates, upgrades)
Ability to work in structured, customer‑focused support processes
Technical problem‑solving mindset and willingness to dive deep into issues
Nice to have:
Knowledge of SSO technologies
Experience with Keycloak, Auth0, or similar identity management solutions
Familiarity with AWS services
Understanding of cloud architectures and modern authentication workflows
