5+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing, including complex property types (e.g. Leasehold, Shared Ownership, New Build, Building Safety Act)
Proven ability to manage a caseload and make independent, risk-based decisions
Experience in auditing, mentoring, and delivering constructive feedback
Commercially aware, tech-savvy, and motivated to drive innovation
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels
Comfortable interpreting MI/data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
