Job Description

Are you a hands-on technical expert with experience in CCTV cameras, access control, or video management systems (VMS)? Do you want to work on high-end solutions that truly contribute to safety, continuity, and innovation? Then this role at TKH Security is your next step. As a Technical Specialist in Security Technology, you are the main point of contact for customers in complex technical matters. You ensure that our technology runs flawlessly, from troubleshooting on-site to smart remote configurations. Our systems protect governments, hospitals, airports, and telecom companies. You play a key role in this.

Job Responsibility

  • Resolving malfunctions (remote and on-site) in integrated security systems
  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and software
  • Implementing software updates and technical configurations
  • Documenting completed work clearly and accurately
  • Advising customers on technical issues, both remotely and on-site
  • Participating in on-call duty (once every 6–7 weeks)

Requirements

  • MBO or HBO level education in IT or electrical engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience with CCTV, access systems, or VMS (e.g. Milestone, Genetec, BauWatch)
  • Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with IP cameras, IP networks, server management, API integrations, or OT infrastructure
  • Good communication skills in Dutch (and preferably also English)
  • Driving license (category B)
