As Addepar continues to grow and evolve, we are expanding our Recruiting capabilities to support Product & Engineering hiring at scale. We are seeking a Recruiting Sourcer who can operate with agility as technical talent needs shift across teams, priorities, and stages of maturity. In this role, you’ll focus primarily on sourcing and early-stage candidate engagement, while flexing your support based on business demand. At times, you may own sourcing strategy and top-of-funnel delivery for specific roles; at other times, you may partner closely with recruiters to provide targeted sourcing, screening, or pipeline support for higher-volume or time-sensitive hiring needs. This flexible model allows us to meet the business where it is, while maintaining a strong, consistent candidate experience and ensuring our teams have access to high-quality technical talent as Addepar scales thoughtfully.
Job Responsibility:
Source and engage candidates for Product & Engineering roles across multiple teams and skill sets
Flex between owning top-of-funnel sourcing for specific searches and supporting recruiters with targeted pipeline or screening support
Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse, high-quality technical candidates
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, and sourcing priorities
Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify competitive talent pools and emerging skill sets
Execute outbound outreach using a variety of sourcing tools, platforms, and personalized messaging
Conduct initial candidate screens or pre-qualification conversations to assess alignment and readiness
Track sourcing activity and pipeline health using data and metrics to inform ongoing efforts
Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to improve sourcing processes, tools, and candidate experience
Requirements:
Experienced in recruiting or sourcing, ideally supporting technical roles in Product, Engineering, or related functions
Comfortable working in a flexible model that balances ownership with collaboration and support
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple sourcing efforts simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communicator with an engaging, candidate-first approach
Curious and resourceful, with a desire to continuously refine sourcing strategies and outreach techniques
Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Data-informed and thoughtful in how you track progress and measure sourcing effectiveness
Collaborative by nature and values partnership, transparency, and shared success across the recruiting team
