In this role, you will partner closely with engineering leaders to identify, attract, assess, and hire top technical talent at scale. You will own full‑cycle recruiting, deliver a strong candidate experience, and use data to inform recruiting strategies.
Job Responsibility
Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering roles, including Software Engineers and senior technical contributors
Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to understand technical requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
Conduct intake meetings, manage requisitions, and drive hiring plans from opening through offer acceptance
Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify passive and active engineering talent
Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical candidates using LinkedIn, sourcing tools, and internal networks
Perform talent mapping and market research within key technology domains
Provide candidates with clear communication and support throughout the interview process
Prepare candidates for technical and behavioral interviews
Partner with compensation and HR teams to support offer extension and closing
Act as a trusted advisor to candidates regarding role, team, and compensation
Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health across requisitions
Provide regular hiring updates and insights to stakeholders
Use data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement
Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems
Ensure compliance with hiring processes and regional regulations
Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and candidate experience
Requirements
3+ years of technical recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical roles in competitive markets
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
Experience recruiting Software Engineers, systems engineers, or other technical specialists
Ability to support high-volume or senior-level technical hiring
Strong data and metrics orientation
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
