We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to help power the team that’s building Tandem. You’ll be the engine behind our technical recruiting efforts — uncovering, engaging, and inspiring world-class engineering, product, and technical talent. Your work will directly influence who joins Tandem and how we continue to scale with intention, excellence, and technical rigor. In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to deeply understand our technical landscape. You’ll identify talent across engineering and product disciplines, craft thoughtful and personalized outreach, and build strong, diverse pipelines for highly specialized roles. You’ll be joining a recruiting team that treats talent as a strategic advantage — not a numbers game. You’ll build expertise in technical market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping across emerging technologies. You’ll also gain exposure to full-cycle recruiting and help evolve how we attract and engage top technical talent globally. Job Responsibility:
Research, identify, and engage top talent across a variety of roles and levels
Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to deeply understand role requirements and shape ideal candidate profiles
Build and manage diverse technical pipelines using a mix of sourcing strategies—direct outreach, referrals, events, communities, and research-driven insights
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain recruiting pipelines and candidate tracking in our ATS (Ashby)
Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continually optimize outreach, conversion, and pipeline quality
Requirements:
1-5 years of experience as a dedicated technical sourcer
Experience sourcing across multiple functions or working in a dynamic, high-growth environment
Creativity and persistence in developing new strategies to attract and engage great talent
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—you’re comfortable building trust with candidates and internal teams alike
